Major Responsibilities 1. Prepare welding process according to design drawings and contract requirements2. Prepare welding procedure and process documents(eg. WPS and PQR).3. Welding materials purchase specification preparation.4. Review welding documents submited by suppliers. 5. Qualification management of welders and welding operators. 6. Production welding instruction for welders and welding operators.7. Check welding area. 8. Develop manufacturing methods to promote efficient staff and facility utilization. 9. Complete all the other work arranged by Leader， including but not limited to domestic and overseas business trips.Job Knowledge， Skills 1.
