职责：-In charge of the recruitment process and ensure to hire the best people at right value-负责员工招聘，确保人岗匹配；-Arrange and conduct orientation program for new employee and regularly training-负责新员工培训；-Manage and maintain the employee’s matrix data as needed.-管理与维护员工素质矩阵库-In charge of maintaining employee relationship and ensure the good atmosphere in our company.-负责员工招聘，确保人岗匹配；-Supporting to Administration related-支持行政相关工作；-Implement the temporary work assigned by immediate superior. - 完成上级领导临时交办的其他工作。 要求：-University graduate and/or professional qualification in HR or equivalent.-At least 2 Years of working experience in Human Resources related field with industrial/manufacturing exposure in multinational companies.-Ability to work on own initiative-Willingness to assist others as needed. -Good written and oral communications skills in Standard Chinese (Mandarin) and English.-Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met. -Good command of Microsoft office applications....
